How It Works
The bridging process is designed to be secure, transparent, and easy to follow:
Choose your destination chain
From the Bridge interface, select where you want to send your BitUSD.
Enter the amount
Specify how much BitUSD you’d like to move.
Review the bridging fee A small fee, payable in BitUSD, will be clearly displayed before you confirm.
Request approval
The frontend automatically makes a request to our JSON API, which generates a time-limited approval signature hash for your transaction.
Bridge execution On the sending chain, your BitUSD tokens are burned. On the destination chain, the same amount of new BitUSD tokens are minted.
Track your transfer
You’ll be able to follow the transaction’s progress directly in the frontend while waiting for your BitUSD to appear on the destination chain.
