Privacy in Oasis Sapphire

IMPORTANT: The Privacy-features of Oasis Sapphire will be decided on a later date, possibly via governance. At Launch, the privacy-features are turned off. As such, the privacy features mentioned on these docs are not immediately available on Bit Protocol v1. As Bit Protocol becomes omnichain, naturally Oasis Sapphire's privacy-yielding features will not be present on other chains.
